Allen Soden

Allen Soden is the former President of DEB SBS, a U.S. division of an international hand care manufacturing company. Although he is retired, Allen owns a consulting company in Atlanta, GA and is involved in several nonprofit organizations in Atlanta. He also served as Executive Vice President of Zep Manufacturing, a worldwide manufacturer of specialty chemicals traded on the NYSE.

Allen lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife of 40 years, and has a daughter and a son who are twins, and two grandchildren. He is a former marathon runner, having run 13 races. Allen is a graduate of University of Florida, BSADV, 1969, and the Emory Business School Executive Program, 1993. Allen recently donated a collection of over 40 years worth of laminated worldwide front-page newspapers of major events throughout the world to the University of Florida, College of Journalism and Communications.
